Our Story

Search Well was founded by Hanna Lupico. Before starting this company, she spent over a decade in tech, product strategy, and career coaching, helping mid-career professionals navigate pivotal transitions and land roles aligned with their values and strengths.

Throughout her career - as a candidate, hiring manager, and trusted coach - Hanna witnessed the same struggle time and time again: talented, driven people feeling worn down by a job search process that prioritized output over well-being.

It wasn’t a lack of ambition holding them back. It was a lack of tools that helped them stay clear, confident, and motivated through the ups and downs of the search.

As a coach, Hanna worked with hundreds of clients to rebuild their confidence and create career strategies rooted in self-trust. But she realized that the tools they needed couldn’t just live inside coaching sessions - they needed to be in people’s hands, guiding them every day.
